Roles and Responsibilities:
• Maintain and support the Hospital’s IT infrastructure’s performance and security, ensuring seamless operations and excellent service delivery.
• Maintain IT processes, inventory, software licensing and ensure compliance with the Hospital’s IT policies.
• Assist in user training, software testing (e.g., UAT), and implementing new IT solutions.
• Conduct preventive maintenance for IT hardware (servers, PCs, peripherals); perform monthly reporting and IT budget planning.
• Participate in ad-hoc IT projects and provide cross-functional support to other departments.
• Possess excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills. Able to work independently and in a team, with a proactive and meticulous attitude.
Requirements:
• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT support or a similar role.
• Strong technical knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft Server, MS Office, Google Workspace, LAN/WAN, Active Directory, Hyper-V, Firewall, Synology NAS & Veeam Backup.
• Familiarity with hospital applications (e.g., HIS, LIS) and IT infrastructure (servers, networks, firewalls) is an advantage.
• Certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, or MCSA will be an added advantage.

Requirements:
• Degree in Optometry from a recognized medical college.
• Registered under the Malaysian Optical Council (MOC).
• At least one year experience as optometrist in eye hospital/clinic.
• Able to do pre and post-operative examinations for cataract surgery.
• Able to perform subjective refractions and conduct eye exams using biometric equipment and general diagnostic assessments such as visual field and keratometry.
• Pleasant personality and good communication skills.
• Able to work independently.
